Utah trip- part 3

Today we took our boat to Panguitch Lake and got some fishing in.

I like how Clayton and Ben are wearing sweaters sporting Universities their father’s have attended.

Justin seems to have a crowd of children following him wherever he goes.

The kids got plenty of fishing time.

Elizabeth and Andy brought a canoe.

The boat and canoe got plenty of use, they were pretty much occupied all day.

Elizabeth pretty much gave every child in the family a ride on the canoe.

She was even nice enough to let the crazies (Marlee and Josiah) “help” her paddle.

Clayton pretty much had a fishing pole in his hand all day.

Marlee caught a fish, but she kept that thing as far away from her as she could.

After dinner we had a bubble activity put on by Laura and Justin.

It was endless entertainment.

They had a contest to see who could make the longest bubble strand.

Carolyn and Clayton with the Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip cookies they helped Grandpa make.

 

Rachel did Scripture Jeopardy tonight and divided the grandkids into two teams. It was a huge hit and I was impressed with how much all the kids knew. I’m pretty sure they know more than I do about the scriptures.

They got pretty competitive and I think they were all disappointed when they realized they tied.

 

We went on a night stroll and fishing trip.

It was a packed day.
