It was the fun run at the elementary school today.
Brighton, Aspen, Ava & Marlee- they all go to school together and are on the same soccer team.
Everyone loves reaching the finish line for a popsicle.

Carter always seems to tag along on Laun and I’s lunch dates…it’s a good thing we like him so much.
We went to Thai Village in Provo for the second time. It was good and I was happy to try the mango over sticky rice with coconut sauce, yum!
I’ve been having some horrible tendon and back pain in this pregnancy. I got some back pain when I was pregnant with Marlee, but it got way worse when I was pregnant with Carter and it’s acting up again. I went to the chiropractor for adjustments and got some massages and finally went back to the gym this morning. Unfortunately, when I came home I hurt again, so I think it’s time to stop working out. I’ve had to stop working out with all my pregnancies around 6-7 months. I get horrible stomach and back pain and my body is just done.
At least I came home to this sweet sight…Clayton, Carter and Porter all asleep in my bed.
Carter was extra darling at nap time, too. Asleep with a pile of books.
Tonight Porter and Clayton got lots of scout awards, they’ve been working hard.
What a wonderful day to celebrate Jesus. He lives and we can be an eternal family.
The kids liked their basket of goodies, especially Carter.
Ryan’s crew was here for breakfast and Easter morning and then they headed home. They’ve come up 2 Easters in a row now, maybe that tradition will stick.
The big boys were very happy with their socks, hat and tie. Marlee got a dress and Carter loved the toy animals, bubbles and candy.
I’m so glad my friend took this picture of us after church.
And Porter got the Priesthood today. What a special day to get it, too, on Easter Sunday.
On a side note, they both look sharp in their new ties. Laun’s tie has the U on it for Utah State, Go Aggies!!
Dinner: Ham, mashed potatoes, asparagus, rolls, raspberry pretzel jello and Laun’s amazing blueberry lemonade.
Laun treated us to donuts from Provo Bakery for breakfast.
Maybe I should wear gloves next time I dye eggs.
We went to Diamond Fork Canyon for lunch and an Easter egg hunt.
Laun and Ryan did a great job on the carne asada lunch.
Carter was excited to see the “ga-ga” (water).
Time for the Easter egg hunt. It was fun to have our family along with Ryan and Brandon’s families together.
Alissa was awesome and took Carter to find eggs.

Carter was pretty happy with his first egg hunt.
He was so happy when he found out that the plastic eggs had treats inside.

There’s more than one way to cool a soda.
Then Laun took us to an Elk Ranch that he does nutrition for.
This elk was our favorite…so friendly and let us hand feed him.
Then the ladies went to the General Women’s Session, which was about loving and serving others. Afterwards, we met up with the guys for dinner at Trent and Lindsies.
Laun and I go on a variety of dates.
This morning it was to unload a trailer of stuff at the dump.
And this evening it was going to Magleby’s monthly buffet with Ryan & Kami, Brandon & Mary and Trent & Lindsie. Trent and Lindsie told us about this monthly buffet and we went with them awhile back and wanted to go again. Ryan just happened to be in town at the right time.
Clayton, Rachel and Alissa went to a Radio Disney concert tonight and had a great time being teenagers.
