Thinking about Cooper..

Last night Laun & I went to the temple. Every time I go there I think about Coop so much. I am so excited to see him again but I need to be patient. I try to imagine what that day will be like. I think it will be so exciting that it will melt away all of the saddness I have ever felt. I need to be better at loving each day for what it is. I need to hold my children more & be kind & soft spoken. I have really enjoyed Marlee. She is a sweet baby & we can't help but to spoil her. I am so glad that she is in my life, I love babies. I want to be a great mom who has fun with my kids. I want to give Laun & my kids the best me I can be.

Father's Day & goats

I am so thankful for Laun. He is such a wonderful husband & father. He is such a blessing to our family. I love him & I am so happy that we can share eternity together. I am also thankful for my Dad & all that he has done for me. I feel grateful to be surronded by men that hold the priesthood.
We got together with Laun's family for dinner. Jared smoked ribs & I made a really rich chocolate cake. It has been so nice to be able to visit with family this summer.
On a side note, Laun got the boys goats & they named them smores & spots.

What we have been up to lately..

-My sister Rachel got married to Brandon Johnston in the Mesa, AZ temple. We had a good time at their wedding, lunch in & reception. It was nice seeing so many friends & family.
-We have gone to 7 mile several times for Laun to help roundup cattle & brand them. We have enjoyed riding on the pensgower, ranger & swimming in the water.
-We will be at the Larsens house in ShowLow for most of the summer, since Laun is working here. It has been nice to be around the Hall family.
-We went to the Turley family reunion in Jackson Hole, Wyoming with my parents & my siblings families. We went to Yellowstone & saw Old Faithful, geysers, mud volcanos & lots of animals. Some of the animals we saw were moose, elk, deer, antelope, a grizzly bear, black bears, bald eagles, etc. We went on the Alpine slide/ski lift & a tram that takes you all way to the top of the mountain. We had fun playing games & visiting with family. On the way home some of us stopped by Peppridge farms & Caspers for treats. Then we went to dinner at Tucanos with Richard's family. We stayed the night at Brandon & Mary's house before heading back to ShowLow.
-Marlee ate real food for the first time, a piece of banana & loved it.
-We had a Hall dinner with some of Laun's uncles & we also had a Hall fhe & dinner at Ryan & Kami's house.
-Marlee got her toes painted for the first time (pink) & it looks very cute!
