Laun & Jamie went dove hunting today & then came to our house to package up the meat. Porter had fun helping. Jamie’s wife Rachel & I went to get dominos pizza for everyone & there was this crazy mishap that involved me going to 3 different domino locations until we actually got our pizza. Rachel thought it was pretty funny, definitely made for a memorable night.
Sunthorn came over tonight and cooked us some Thai food. It was pretty spicy food.
Our poor Elderberry has been sick, so we have been giving him an IV. Tonight Sunthorn helped us with his IV treatments. I think he will pull through this if we keep him hydrated.

I had a nice little weekend get away. I went to Phoenix for a friend’s reception & had a great time visiting with friends & family. Laun & the kiddos went on some adventure.
Friday night I hung out with my sister Rachel & got to see this little cutie:
Lydia is growing fast & so is Benson (he was sleeping).
Saturday morning my mom & I went to the temple & met up with my friend Brittany.
Brittany is such an awesome lady, I wish we lived closer.
(Holy cow- I have got to stop locking my knees when I stand!)
Then I went with my parents & Rachel to Bonnie’s reception (totally forgot to get a picture of the bride & groom). I am so happy for them.
I was also glad that her sister Sheila (& her new baby) flew in for it! We hardly ever get to see each other, now that we live so far apart. 
I loved Sheila’s baby. He totally reminded me of my Porter as a baby with his beautiful skin & his black hair.

While I went to Phoenix for a friends reception, Laun took the kids to Roosevelt Lake and the fair…all in one day.

After the lake Laun ran a favor for someone by taking their load of wood away. Marlee took the liberty to take pictures from the truck as Laun loaded the wood:
In fact, while waiting in the truck, Marlee had a #2 accident (she recently became potty trained, so she is now in big girl panties) & there was no extra undies in the truck. So, Laun cleaned her off and then took off his shirt & wrapped it around her for the drive home. Luckily Marlee napped in the truck & was ready for a night of fun at the fair. Laun is such a great dad & husband!
Tonight Marlee is wearing her pj’s that say: I’ve got Daddy under my spell. Those words are so true. These two make me smile.
I can’t believe it is only April & it was warm enough for us to go swimming today! My friend Elizabeth Ashdown invited us over for a swim,which was perfect because I let the boys ditch school today anyways.

Sunthorn had to get his passport renewed in CA, so Laun went with him. Laun had a good time, but isn’t a huge Los Angeles fan. We were glad to have Laun home today.

My favorite was the ^ crispy rolls- coconut flavor.
These candies ^ were very different, but good. Marlee liked her ^ dress.
And of course he came home with fish from his trip: Red Snappers. Unfortunately, they went bad on the way home. We didn’t get to eat any of them.
