I’m pretty sure that Utah is the state of ice cream. It seems to be everywhere, there’s even soft serve ice cream in many of the grocery stores. I feel like every time we live in Utah we eat plenty of ice cream. Tonight we took the kids to the BYU Creamery, it was so good.
