garage sale

The neighbors told us they were having a garage sale, so the boys wanted to have one too. We really didn’t have much stuff or  time to plan, but we threw some things together last night. They were so excited. They only earned a little over $10 & split it, but at least it’s better than nothing. At one point Porter came inside freaking out & asked us if we could make Marlee come inside. I guess she told some customer, “We don’t take money’s. We just take adult money & not little baby money.” I thought it was pretty funny, but the boys didn’t agree, ha ha ha. Another funny moment, Porter was trying to sell something for $4 & the lady offered him $3 & he then said $3.50. They boy likes to bargain (hmmm…wonder where he gets that from, maybe his mother). Clayton reacted more like Laun would & wanted Porter to do all the talking. I was proud of the boys for earning money, ironically, they spent around $10 at the neighbors garage sale yesterday, so it was funny that they made that money back today from having their own garage sale . They got a skate board & croquet set yesterday.
