I took just the boys to the mall and then to California Pizza Kitchen for dinner tonight. Clayton got two certificates for free kid meals…one for getting the good sportsmanship medal and one for their soccer team’s banner winning.
I hardly talked the whole evening. Clayton and Porter chatted non-stop and even did some Math problems together on the kids coloring sheet at the restaurant. What 9 and 11 year olds do that?
I love spending time with my boys. They get along pretty well now. They used to fight like crazy, but now it’s Porter and Marlee who fight.
