St. Patty’s

I made the sugar rainbow cookies for the kids, which are always a hit. I realized too late that I didn’t have all the food gel colors I wanted, but four colors is plenty. All Carter cared about was the cream cheese frosting and that’s the easiest part.

I had my most successful go at corned beef tonight, I used a recipe from the Pioneer Woman and it turned out so good that I wish I’d gotten a bigger roast! Just look at that tired pregnant face.
