I made homemade whole wheat english muffins last night-
And then I cooked eggs in muffin tins in the oven with cheese on top. My plan was to eat some for dinner and freeze the rest for an easy breakfast on the go. They tasted all right that night, but they didn’t freeze well or heat up well. I made so many, too, since I was freezing a bunch. It definitely wasn’t worth all the hassle.
