You know how we bought pigs awhile back…well, here is one of them. Laun is putting in the smoker over night for the ward lunch in tomorrow.
The missionaries wanted to help, so they came over & helped prep the pig to go in the smoker.
Laun also put in a Cornish hen, so we could try out the new smoker. This is what our boys requested that we cook.
Today we got to check out the results. It was finished just in time or lunch.
