Last night Laun & I went to his department dinner at The Mountain Oyster Club. The company was great & so was the food. They served creme brulee for dessert & it was amazing. I have got to learn how to make it.

I think you should leave the creme brulee to Laun. It involves a blow torch. Sounds perfect for him.
