I’ve loved having older kids who are excited to get younger siblings. They adore them and help take care of them. I’m grateful God knew better than me. My plan was to have al 6 kids by age 30 (I had Sydney at 34), but having 4 closer and then almost a 5 year gap and having 2 more has been amazing. These older kids make the best babysitters and it’s fun to know they’ll remember their siblings as babies.
I got their school pictures back and man do we have cute kids! Taking a picture of a picture doesn’t turn out so good, it made their skin look orangish, but they sure are cute.
