This is Clayton and Porters make shift grill. They built it all by themselves and were so excited that it worked. The steak tasted great and the boys were so proud. I am impressed with how creative these boys are, they are like their dad.
Laun's working with dairy cows right now. After their milking last night, Laun brought home lots and lots of milk. Laun brought the milk home in this cooler and then sifted it into two large pots. Then we pasteurized the milk by heating it to 165 degrees and let it cool. Now our fridge, and both freezers have plenty of milk. I'm glad that our boys got to see this process. Growing up, my parents used to get milk from a friend named Bert. He would milk his cows and then we would go pick it up. Laun's mom used to have a cow and goats, and so he also grew up drinking fresh milk.
