Laun had a good friend named John Smith that died not too long ago from cancer. John always had a mustache, so Laun grew a mustache in memory of John, since he will be attending a conference soon that John used to run.
Laun’s work, IFA, needed a photo of him in a suit for their magazine and we thought it was kind of funny timing, since Laun normally doesn’t have a mustache. I’m sure it will throw people off when they see his picture.
