Marlee and I usually go on a lunch date with Laun once a week. We love it, but the boys think it’s pretty rotten that we go out to eat without them.
Marlee goes to some of my doctor appointments with me at UMC and she always wants to see “Cooper’s room” (the NICU room where he used to be in) and get something to eat at the cafeteria. Today Laun was there with us and got to see an ultra sound and hear the baby’s heartbeat.
Marlee comes fully ready to my appointments with activities and snacks. Today she went as far to bring two bags.
Today we went out for lunch again and Marlee loved sharing noodles with Laun. I love this time we have with her. Some days she even goes with Laun to work for a bit or to run an errand. She’s normally a daddy’s girl, but at least me being pregnant has earned me some bonus points.
